Shopping Cart Information



    Benefits:
  1. Automated website creation.

    • Images can be uploaded via browser for each individual product.

      • When uploading images you can tell your viewers if the image is an actual picture or a simulated picture.

    • The website creator can display or not display current inventory on hand per item.

    • The automated website creator will create individual webpages and a index.htm page for
      navigation. All with the click of one button. If you have 500 items in your inventory the system will create 500 webpages plus an index page custom tailored with your information.

    • If you do not want to use the automated website creation program you can use your own pages on your website and just link the purchases and check out to this shopping cart. See interfacing/linking below for instructions.


  2. Allow only the Credit cards you accept.

    • Master, Visa, Discover, American Express

    • Displays the cards you take on the cart screen.

    • Tests the card for correct number of characters.

    • Tests the card for proper numbering.

    • Checks and alerts buyer using an expired card.


  3. Accept payments with PayPal

    • If you have PayPal account simply add your PayPal Email to you administration area and you are taking orders via PayPal. Its that easy.

  4. Allow checks or not.

    • If checks are allowed the system asks the buyer for a check number

    • Emails your name and address to the buyer with notification of the check# they indicated.

    • Displays check icon on cart screen.


  5. Allow COD's or not. You will be able to input the COD charges as well.

  6. Allow/Disallow foreign country orders.

    • Foreign orders can be charged an additional fee for shipping.

    • Displays State/Province Zip/Country code instead of the standard State and Zip

    • Asks for country code, area and phone number instead of the standard area and phone.

    • The system asks for the country of the buyer.

    • If a buyer Enters a US State the system reverts to Standard State, Zip, Phone


  7. Setup the look of this system to match your webpages theme.


    • Set framing borders, cell colors, text colors.

    • Set background image to your own website if you have one.

    • Set link, vlink, alink, text and background colors to match your webpage theme if you have a website.

    • Choose webpage Icons or upload your own. Besides the default icons here are the other color schemes available by simply clicking one button.

  8. Easy interfacing/linking from your site

    • The buyer Clicks on a Add to Cart or View Card Icon on your system and is transfered to the shopping cart.

    • When the buyer is done modifying their purchases. The buyer clicks on either checkout, clear cart or a continue shopping icon.

    • When the buyer clicks on the continue shopping icon they are returned to the webpage on your system they were on.

    • A simply HTML line is used for each purchase.

      All you need to do is change the item number which is the catalog number you assign to each product.

    • You can nest pages inside frames on your site hidden the carts location.


  9. Control your stock. (point of sale)


    • Each item contains its own counter allowing you to see just how many times the page containing each item was viewed.

    • Allow/Deny orders on products which are out of stock

      • Set specific message users see if you are out of stock on an item.


    • After each order is finalized the system deducts the order quantities from your product file.

    • Set Reorder points for each product.

    • Get automatic notification of product inventory when low or out.

    • Get automatic notification when reorder points are hit.

    • In the administation page you can get vendor and inventory reorder point reports.

    • Individual record for tracking each vendor for each product.

    • Pending Orders: You can display, Email duplicates to you, move from pending folder to completed folder or to trash folder.

    • Completed Orders: You can display, Email duplicates to you, move from completed folder back to pending folder or to trash folder.

    • Trashed/deleted Orders: You can display, Email duplicates to you, move from trash folder back to completed folder or delete completely from system.


  10. Set multiple shipping charges:

    • Charges per item for shipping and/or

    • Charge shipping on total weight.

    • Add a specific amount to shipping if you allow foreign orders.

    • Entering your shipping table like ups/usps/fedx is easy.


  11. The system will maintain an unfinished order for 3 hours after the last addition. If the buyer does not complete there order the system will remove the abandoned order.

  12. The system guards against many attempt to foil it with invalid and bogus information. We are adding new guards free as we see them needed.
